The standard detachable container house size is L5.95*W3*H2.8m. One 20FT shipping container can load 8 units. One 40HQ can load 18sets. We use galvanized frames with electrostatic spray paint, so the anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties are particularly good. For the wall, we use good fireproof rock wool sandwich panels. So the finished house looks good with high quality.
We can produce about 2,000 sets detachabe container houses each month. So when you confirm all details, the production time only needs about 7~15 days. We also have stable coopetated forwarders and can assist us deliver the house to customer's port successfully. After sales, we will offer installation videos and technical guidance and reply in time if you have any problems.
The sandwich panels can be replaced by double glazed curtain wall to make the house look better as an office or store. You can also add a PU metal carved board outside the wall for a more beautiful appearance and better insulation.
The main advantage of these houses is that they do not require a crane or large machinery; they are very easy to assemble by hand. It is also very easy to customize the size and add large glass curtain walls for office use.
Furthermore, they can be combined to create a larger space and stacked up to 2-3 floors. For enhanced waterproofing, you can add an extra pitched roof or use a pitched roof frame to save on installation labor costs.
