Product Configuration Details
Structure & Shell: The shell of our product is made of fluorocarbon sprayed aviation aluminum, and the frame is made of hot-dip galvanized square steel full welding process, which is corrosion-resistant and rust-proof, and can also be used at the seaside.
Standard Configuration: Electrical appliances such as air conditioners, water heaters, and fresh air systems are included, hard furnishings are included, and movable furniture such as sofas and beds are not included. The whole house is equipped with electric curtains, smart voice customer control for the whole house, and off-grid/online dual systems are available.
Installation: We ship the whole cabin by sea, and you can move in 2 hours after it is transported to the project site and connected to water and electricity.
Insulation System: Our space capsule houses use rectangular square steel frames and fluorocarbon sprayed aviation aluminum shells, which are corrosion-resistant, moisture-proof, earthquake-resistant and wind-resistant. Our space capsule houses use refrigerator-grade thermal insulation technology, which has better thermal insulation performance and lower energy consumption than traditional buildings and other building products.
Enhanced Cold Weather Version: For the northern region, we have an enhanced insulation version, with a thicker insulation layer, three-layer double-chamber glass (filled with argon gas in the middle), and electric auxiliary heating measures for insulation and anti-freezing of water pipes to ensure your normal use in cold areas. At the same time, the product is equipped with air conditioning, fresh air system and floor heating to ensure your indoor warmth and comfort.
